Mucho Gusto Restaurant & Chill Bar on Ruczaj District
Mucho Gusto was born out of a simple idea – we wanted to create a place that is open to everyone: not only for guests of the Convictus Cracovia*** hotel, but also for Ruczaj residents and visitors to Zakrzówek.
Our goal was clear: to break the thinking of hotel restaurants as places for travelers only. We want Mucho Gusto to be a meeting place for neighbors, people walking around Zakrzówek, students and employees of the nearby Jagiellonian University Campus.

Chef Pawel Bukowski
Mucho Gusto chef
Pawel Bukowski is a chef with 20 years of experience, who started his culinary journey at the age of 16. Thanks to his passion for cooking and determination, he climbed the career ladder, gaining experience in renowned Krakow restaurants, hotels and caterers, among others. He even had an adventure cooking for the Polish national soccer team!
Pawel likes Polish cuisine with a modern touch, is a fan of Mediterranean cuisine and experiments with Asian cuisine.
Throughout his career he has been associated with Krakow, which has allowed him to get to know the local market very well and establish cooperation with the best suppliers.
Asia
F&B Manager
Asia is the one behind your experience when you visit Mucho Gusto. She ensures quality service, trains waiters and creates a pleasant atmosphere in the room. Asia brings to Mucho Gusto not only more than a decade of experience in catering, among other things, from a renowned 4-star hotel, but also skills in floristry. Such competencies allow her to take care of both the atmosphere and appearance of our restaurant.
Marcin
Head of the Bar
Marcin brings to Mucho Gusto not only 15 years of experience gained in Iceland, but also a great passion for bartending and mixology. His talent has been recognized in competitions – he was a finalist in the prestigious Top 10 World Class Cocktail Competition and twice in the finals of the Reykjavik Cocktail Weekend. Marcin is also a passionate photographer, which allows him to combine visual art with the artistry of drink preparation.
Our Chill Bar features a cocktail menu that reflects Martin’s experience and creativity. We offer a wide selection – from classic cocktails known from the world top 10 lists to original, original compositions, including seasonal offerings.

We believe that the secret of an excellent restaurant lies in team harmony. Our waiters are smiling and hospitable, the breakfast staff makes sure that each of your mornings starts tasty and healthy. The cooks’ helpers prepare the ingredients with precision, and the bartenders create cocktails that are small works of art.
We all work together as one organism, and each of us is responsible for the highest quality of the food and drinks we serve.
